Meet Stephen, Professional Wellbeing & Nutrition Coach

Stephen completed his full Police service reaching the rank of Inspector, managing teams in a range of hostile situations, as well as continually being responsible for their health & wellbeing, welfare and the day-to-day management of his teams.

Throughout his service, Stephen has been extremely keen on his own personal fitness and wellbeing and is an accomplished runner and Triathlete. He has maintained a keen interest in nutrition and wellbeing, as he is acutely aware of how this is linked to peak performance, maintenance and wellbeing.

Since leaving the Police Stephen has become a successful Wellbeing and Nutrition coach who is able to provide advice on daily plans designed to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as well as advice and guidance on how to achieve peak performance in the sport of your choice.
