Karen Eeles Therapist

Karen Eeles

*Accredited member of NCH
*Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma
*Supervision Diploma
*National Council of Hypnotherapy

I first came into contact with hypnotherapy many years ago when I used it to stop smoking, but at the time I never considered the impact this wonderful tool may be able to have on the issues I had in other areas of my life. It was only during my second pregnancy, when I went for hypnobirthing sessions, that I began to realise the transformation that was occurring in my whole demeanor as a result of these calming, reassuring messages I was receiving.

Since then, I have used hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis and affirmation work to help overcome my long term clinical depression, anxiety, panic attacks and emotional eating. They are all now gone. Forever.

I have faced a great variety of issues and challenges in my life. I have sat where you are sitting now. I have had those thoughts and those feelings. I turned to hypnotherapy and it’s changed my life. I want to help you feel as good and positive about your life as I do now … I know that you can.
I come from a background of IT Project Management in the City, but after having my two children I wanted a more inspiring, enjoyable and flexible career. Having faced many challenges in my own life and found hypnotherapy of enormous benefit in overcoming them it seemed only logical for to retrain and share my passion for self empowerment.

I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) and am a registered and active member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy, as well as working for the Council in a part time capacity. I am also a registered member of the Complementary National Healthcare Council.

I regularly undertake additional CPD to keep my skills and knowledge fresh, as well as attending supervision sessions. I abide by the Code of Conduct and Ethics as set out by both the NCH and the CNHC and carry full insurance to practice. I also hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate.

Having been through many therapies and dealt with many therapists in my life, I am all too aware that it takes a connection with the right person offering the right solution for you to make this work. I am always more than happy to talk on the phone before arranging an appointment, so please do call..

Tony Munday

Tony Munday

*Specialising in Transforming toxicity and trauma

* Coaching and Mediation

* Work-Life Balance

* Creating Effective Leadership

Tony’s expertise is in Conflict Resolution and Mediation and is based upon the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration (ACAS).

He has enhanced this to ensure participants have trust and confidence in his objectivity, fairness, and transparency.
He specialises in complex challenges involving executive employees and has a vast experience (15 years) in this field, helping both conflicted organisations and people.
Grievances, Employment Tribunals (ET) and Employment Law Solicitors and Barristers are both expensive and ineffective in re –establishing cohesion and focus on a fractured senior team. They are both stressful and time consuming.

Other undesirable implications include, sickness, absenteeism, reduced productivity and morale, and good members of the organisation choosing to leave.
The impact on the culture and brand reputation can be considerable, and negative.
Tony’s long career in the police taught him many lessons and he subsequently developed the Schematic Business Design (SBD) Programme, ensuring you reclaim mastery of your time.

Following his Schematic Business Design Programme, time-poor executives, become leaders in their business, invigorated and happier in their personal life.

His professional expertise enables him to work with you, in a trusting, objective and supportive way, ensuring you reclaim mastery of your time.

  • You will become authentically self – accountable.
  • You will become adept at working ON the business, rather than merely IN the business.
  • You will feel the difference in yourself.

“You are a great mentor and coach. Your Leadership and Management Training are effective and world-class.
I have applied them to my business. They produce results.”
“Tony’s biggest asset (in my case anyway) is his ability to focus the blurred ‘Big Picture’ into HD quality clarity.”
“You provided me with pertinent and useful strategies to re – evaluate how I was using my time.”
